My name is Alex, and I am an RDA and Front Desk Assistant at Happy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry. I have been in the dental assisting field for about a year, and I truly enjoy the work I do. I was born in Munster, Indiana, and raised in Schererville in Northwest Indiana. I graduated from Lake Central High School and later attended Saint John Dental Assisting School. My interest in dental assisting began after shadowing my older sister, who is also an RDA. Experiencing her work firsthand inspired me to pursue the same career path. Outside of work, I enjoy shopping, cooking, and baking. Working in pediatric dentistry has been incredibly rewarding. I love creating a positive experience for our patients and helping children feel comfortable and confident during their visits. Being part of an environment focused on care, compassion, and bright smiles makes each day fulfilling.
