If you’ve ever had to coax a nervous child into the dentist’s chair, you’re not alone. For many families, dental visits come with tears, tension, and a touch of fear.

Dr. Tanvi Patel, also known to her patients as Dr. Tanvi or Dr. T, is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist with over nine years of dental experience. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin and completed dental school at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio. After five years as a general dentist, she returned to UT Health San Antonio to complete her Pediatric Dentistry Residency and focus entirely on caring for little smiles.
